This is a poem I wrote years ago inspired in "The Road not Taken" by Robert Frost.  My poem is titled "The Quest" and is part of the poetry collection "After your Return".

This quest must come to an end

or so I believed.

Maybe today

has become that day.

The road that was not taken

is full of weeds.

It shows decaying hope

and lost dreams.

You had the liberty to choose

and chose the road

taken by the rest

and not the few.

And I am at the crossroad

waiting

watching you walking away

or maybe returning.

This blog will be dedicated to discuss issues of interest of Caribbean art, literature, language and culture in general.  I will share my thoughts about the Caribbean and its culture.
